As discussed in this post from a few weeks ago, we do a lot of member needs and satisfaction research for our association clients. The results consistently show that many association members don’t feel like they influence the direction and priorities of their organization. In many of these cases, we are also finding that there is significant lack of awareness about the association’s strategic activities and a desire among members for more of this type of information.
There are a number of great tools you can use to succinctly and effectively communicate to your members that they drive the association agenda.
